The membership here at Best Buy is great. Geek squad is great

I have had this service since they started it. It has been a little disappointing on the auto service part of it because they have really limited what can be installed into your vehicle and that is only if you can get in. I once had to wait a couple of months just to get a security system put in due to Best Buy in Fargo only having 1 person working for that department. For a big city like Fargo, you need to have several people working and make sure they get paid for it. The price should be dropped more just to get me to stick around after this last membership subscription.

This membership is a great value. Whenever you purchase an item this give reassurance

It has come in handy many times. We have had 3 computers broke and they assisted promptly each time.

This membership more than paid for itself between the multi-device security suite, repair service and tech support (which my household members used for a variety of devices, sometimes in-store, at other times remotely), and the other useful membership perqs.

This membership always makes me feel confident that if I need help, I can contact someone that will follow through. Worth every penny!

Very useful to get lot of privileges! Total membership has curtailed lot of other advantages we have had on the previous scheme and it’s not as attractive as it used to be

Its nice having total tech coverage...if anything goes wrong with any electronics in the house we just call best buy...

I have been a member since 2019 and it has been absolute peace of mind whenever something goes wrong on any of my purchases. The downside in the revised BestBuy Total program is that they took out the free anti-virus for your PCs that came as a TotalTech member, but it still gives you assurance on all your purchases, especially with the free 2 yr protection and replacement plan qnd Apple Care it offers on most purchases.

Over 5 years ago I needed a new head set to hear at night without any one who is sleeping could here. I found Mcee head set. I was total satisficed with my pouches. after a 5 years of using my head set every day or night, I replaced the head set with the same Mcee head set and back on enjoying listing to TV letting other in the house sleep. One request Please keep this head set in stock.

I am very pleased with the Total Tech plan, especially the online tech support.
