I recommend purchasing the BEST BUY membership. It keeps you at ease for the items covered and virtually pays for itself in replacement or repair.

For the price of the membership if you use it worth the money, but if you don’t buy much at Best Buy then I would recommend buying somewhere else.

In a crunch, Best Buy came through one more time. They were great at helping with decision making and assistance in getting me up and rolling again. Thank you to all who were there for me!

I thought this was a great deal. Thought I could count on the geek squad for tech support. My first time calling was a bust. The gentleman I spoke to was not accommodating. And he ended the call by hanging up on me. I called a neighbor to assist me with my problem. I know everyone has bad days, but I hope this never happens to me again.

I appreciate the encouragement from one of the managers to purchase this because it was only $30 more and I was getting my computer worked on. So, it paid off. I have worked with Geek Squad members and they have been so helpful. So, as of now, I'm very pleased.

The picture on this 77 OLED is incredible. I absolutely love this model and sold on Samsung products.

I love the membership. It has saved me hundreds of dollars with the price match system. I also love how there is a protection plan for 2 years on every device purchased.

3 year member, I was very disappointed when my membership had an expired card on it. I contacted them 4 days too late to rectify. No w, ALL OF MY WARRANTIES ARE NULL AND VOID. My account still shows all of them. But I am out of luck. I called. The "back" office was supposed to contact me, but its been 5 DAYS, nothing. Now way to contact for help to fix. So, I paid more to go with Best Buy and now it kind of wasn't worth it without the coverage,

This membership is a great value for all purchases at Best Buy. They qualify for this protection. I had to return a very expensive television, but when there was no replacement available, I received a gift card for a little less than what I paid for the television. It is also come in handy for other items, such as laptop protection, most recently the charger cord for the laptop broke, and I was mailed a brand new one within a week.

My decision to to become a member was simple and easy. Best Buy offers a variety of products and services. One in particular is access to the Geek Squad. Unlike other options, the ability to pick and choose what electronic products I would consider, the Geek Squad enables me to address any and all issues.

For being a 5 year member, I have not been offered any ways to benefit from my membership.

Geek squad member showed me what it was going to cost to repair my computer and said it would be cheaper to buy the membership and it would cover what needed to be done. Plus i can use it on other items in my house and they do not have to be bought from best buy.

Definitely worth the price. You never know when something (expensive) is going to happen. The Total membership takes care of that.

Great Customer Service and the discounts and benefits they offer are really useful. They really know how to sell tech and how to take care of tech

Being able to get so many different discounts a day and the ability for anything happens to the items I buy like an Xbox elite controller I could have it repaired at Geek Squad. I love the Best Buy total membership and I would recommend it to anybody. Especially if you for instance, happen to buy a laptop there crack the screen they can repair it.

For me, the Total membership is totally worth it. Extended waranters have saved me more than once. Computer support, even for the tablet my daughter took with her to college at the Best Buy there. Nothing else needs to be said-but these are our two of the advantages...

Depends on your need and lifestyle, as to weather or not you need this product. I purchased it because accidents happen and Its better to be covered than out of pocket 100's of dollars. Good service and support team!
