The membership has been very financially worthwhile for us. We have used it more often than we originally thought we would. Appointments withe the Geek Squad have been easy to get.

Membership used to be much better. As a member, you would get installation services at a discounted price. Basically, the only thing you get right now is the product protection for 24 months. That is it! I will be cancelling as soon as this year is over!

Having protection on anything I purchase because I’m a Total Tech Member is a great benefit. I have only had to use it a couple of times and the staff in the store is friendly and welcoming. It’s like they roll out a red carpet when I come into shop or ask questions.

I was able to use the product immediately once I opened it.

Great plan if you spend money throughout the year on products. I get extended warranty on pretty mich everything. I have had to teplace two Manscape razors because they turned out to be crappy products but best buy gives me zero issues. Im on the verge or replacing a roomba and laptop as well.

This membership has paid for itself in the first part of the year. You not only get the extra cover but you get added benefits of discounts on certain items as well as installation. Plus it covers all of my electronics, which is I had to purchase a protection plan for each one would be a lot more than this.

I have gotten my money’s worth from this members every year that I have purchased it. Even when I didn’t think I would need it, I ended up getting my money back in service and benefits. Buy this plan! You won’t regret it.

I have all my purchases coved under the Best Buy total. I love not having to worry about them breaking.

I’m so secure in knowing the z total Protection is available from Best Buy. Sad, Max are no longer covered. Did they tell you that before they you needed service?! Me either!!

I have been a customer of theirs since 1999, years later I decided to subscribe to their services (credit card and others) and I have never had any complaints with them, excellent.

This service is still of value to me but I am disappointed they no longer provide free installation.

Ive had the My Best Buy Membership since it first. Came out. I believe it used to be called Total Tech at one point. I continue to renew it annually and its more than paid for itself. Ive actually been able to save money with it. You should definitely check out how it saves you money.

The membership is so much unlike the "cookie cutter" club memberships. Real member discounts. First dibs on sales and specials. Extended warranty and complete service. I have multiple devices, laptops, phones, chrome books, etc and when tune ups are needed, I get them done either by a click or a simple store visit. This is a must have!!!
