Didn't want to buy this at first but it has proved to be well worth the price, with special deals for members and unlimited tech support for ALL electronics even if not purchased through Best Buy. They will come to your house to help without charging extra fees. The technicians are polite, patient and helpful.

My old laptop finally stopped working. I went to the Geek Squad and asked if they could help and they said yes. They tried and it was not possible. They recommended replacement and downloaded my old one into the new one. I like the new laptop.

Membership is a real value. I have used it when installing a wall mounted TV, delivery of refrigerator. support on my PC, iPads, and iPhones.

With Best Buy Total, I had a damaged cell phone, the screen was cracked, and I was able to replace the cell phone free of charge (up to the value of the purchase price of the cell phone damaged). This was a warranty thru having Best Buy Total for a year on cell phone purchased there.

Having this program is a blessing for us. We don’t have to figure out who to call for fixing or troubleshooting.

Its a great production protection to have for all your electronics. One thing can improve is reaching a person thats speaks and understand English.
