ABSOLUTELY FREAKING AMAZING!!!! I have never experienced any issues with BEST BUY during my use of various prodeuct.

This protection plan has saved me many times over the years. The technicians are great and take over my computer and when they are done, it works like new. You don't have to take your computer to the store for repairs, unless you cannot get into the computer. Generally, they can take care of the problem while you are sitting at home and any time day or night.

My Best Buy Total is a great buy if you have many products from Best Buy. Better pricing, service, etc is included. I usually save much more than the cost of the service over the year.

I’ve gone to a number of other shops, trying to get my electronic devices fixed, and they’ve always been a disappointment to me. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, and I have no intention of going anywhere else.

Great to have just in case something happens. I bought my son computer. My son is a bit of a klutz, which is why I bought the membership. He messed up his keyboard. We got it fixed for free. He had a few issues that were fixed for the membership. It would have cost a lot more if we didn’t have the membership plan.

I love my Best Buy total tech membership! It has saved me so much time and money. I use my membership to purchase a computer, an iPad and a total tech coverage for my iPad, which is free AppleCare for 24 months.

I would prefer incentives such as coupons and discounts for loyal customers, as I do not use any of the protection service that the program offers or find them useful.

This is one of the best memberships ever! We’ve used almost every aspect of this from online computer assistance, to in store assistance (phone and computers) to in home computer assistance and in home appliance repair. In all instances professional, informed, helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

For being a 5 year member, I have not been offered any ways to benefit from my membership.

This program has changed immensely. All the long term Geek Squad employees are no longer with this program. And you have to pay for the visits to your home on top of the annual fee. And the tech support is so-so now. Information and resolutions provided aren't always accurate. AI actually does a better job. We canceled our membership recently after being My Best Buy Total members for a very long time. Too back to see the program decline.

We have used our membership for help several times; always easy to get an appointment and always courteous and professional help.

I depend on the Geek Squad. I do not need them often but they are always there when I do. It gives me a peace of mind

I have been using this service for years and it really helps a lot when having computer or printer problems to use remote repair service. Only problem is sometimes you don't get the best service Teck (India) , so I disconnect and Try again . Oh and waite times can be long, but still better then brining computer to the store.

I love total tech. Though I was a little upset when they change a few things. But it's till a great program to have for me. You get free warranties and help with certain things
