The Geek Squad transferred the data from the old dell to the new dell laptop. This squad checked everything at no cost . Saved the Church of Christ of Billings a lot of money. This total membership is the real deal.

Have been using this membership for a few years and I love it. It’s expensive but I like the remote service when I have a computer problem or download new software.

I just love the Total Tech Support Program. I will continue renewing it every year because I feel these people that we work with are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they work out and find out what the problems are when you get on line and know how to fix them.

I first got my Geek squad membership for my computers, and when I purchased my appliances, the installation was free. I had forgotten about my membership and when I started given the salesperson my information, they said that I was a member. I really didn't know about all the perks offered with the membership; it was great.

Seriously the best money I have spent. They honored a warranty on my printer and gave me a brand-new printer on the very last day. They have fixed my son's broken screen twice, they just fixed my 6-year-old computer for nothing (didn't need parts). They are knowledgeable, nice and professional.

I’m basing this review on the current program that included full coverage. I’m disappointed to see that they are going to be making reductions in program offerings. Once that happens, I will be deducting the appropriate number of stars.

This membership is a good way to keep your electronics in good working order. Helps keep the viruses out. I use it all the time to keep my electronics in good working order. If I have a problem, I take my pc or tablet in to be cleaned and inspected. Love it!!!!!!! No Charge with Total Tech.
