I was glad to have this protection had my tv mounted on the wall with no charge, came out did check on a stove that I did not purchase from best buy, I decided to purchase a new stove from Best Buy. Have use the Geek squad to remove virus from my computer and to check out a problem that I had with a tv.

I would never be without their protection plan. They work on all types of technical devices. I have had no problems with them, Extremely great knowledge from them. Always have resolved the problem. Been with their policy for 14 yrs.

Keep renewing every year to have GEEK no-charge GEEK squad service. Just wish any GEEK service would not only fix the problem(s), but wouldn't leave me with new ones that I have to keep going back to have fixed.
