OK, but we get less than we used to. It gives me a 2yr geek squad guarantee for each purchase, but I have not had a need to use that yet. In the old days, if one added install and haul away for larger items like TVs or appliances, the total membership covered those for no cost. Not anymore. Install a TV -- $$; haul away an old item $ per. The only perk that I have actually used is free 2 day shipping, and actually items have taken more time than that to show up at my door from time to time. Blame the shipping company? Blame the BB warehouse? Doesn't matter to me? If My item is supposed to arrive in 2 days, I expect it to arrive in 2 days, especially if I have to sign for it.

Definitely the way to go. I have had this for several years and it has been well worth it. They are talking about the new one so not sure what changes are going to be made on it but what I have now is great. Have used for installation and repairs.

I am not a computer geek and don't understand many things. So My membership gives me access to people who know what they are doing and they are always there for me.

I went to the store to get a replacement screen cover for my cellphone and the afent who assisted me was very professional but friendly at the same time. She took her time looking on my account for the warranty for my screen protector. And ahe did an amazong job of replacing it.

Orignally I purchased My Best Buy Total to help support a linux box I had. But now locally they have no technician to support linux. I bought glass protection for my iphone and they promised free replacement, then Best Buy stop carrying the product. I may soon stop renewing membership.

I talked to a geek squad member about the new stereo system we’re putting in the backyard to replace an old one that’s worn out and not working anymore on two channels we’re installing new speakers and everything to match. Thank you very much Best Buy.
