If you figure on the many electronic options that Best Buy offers, this is quite a deal. I recently bought a new refrigerator. Free delivery, setup, and haul away. I had a monitor that was almost out of warranty, just shy of 2 months. It went down, and I was given a brand new one. This is a great program.

I am disappointed with this membership. I have been a member for several years and it seems the "benefits" keep being cut every year. You could get a lot more out of this membership when it first started vs. now, so it is sad to see what it is today. It can be useful still, IF you are making several purchases from Best Buy, but it is not as useful as it used to be.

This member service for me is a great value. I have used it towards purchase's and have saved money. The other stores all want you to pay for delivery and the tech support and extended warranty that comes with it is a savings also. I am glad I have it.

I like total tech because it helps when with all my expensive laptops and tablets they are all taken care of by the geek squad protection for two years. It also has helped me in the past with repairs. Today I went in and got a set of ram sticjs for 20 dollars cheper. The perks are great.

I wouldn’t be without this. I think it’s worth the cost and have taken several things to the store for repair or updates.
