This membership was a good way to get some rewards for a big purchase! I was able to use the price match too.

This membership comes with good perks the fact I can buy anything and I'll have a protection that comes with it doesn't matter what I buy they will make it fast and easy great service.

After being "hacked" I brought my laptop in for a good cleansing and knowing that I now have Best Buy to help me in the future is a blessing!

I would definitely recommend the Best Buy Total membership. As a frequent shopper at Best Buy, this membership has become indispensable for me. The points and discounts make it easy to save money on top of what I already save by using my best buy credit card. I am saving money, which is nice. I love that I get free two-day shipping, and they have a convenient service that allows me to return anything in the store. I would absolutely recommend that my friends get this membership.

Used my membership to transfer my data to my new computer. Everything worked great on my new computer.

You get few perks, like extended warranty and may be slightly better customer service, overall worth it

Best geek squad of all. A must to have on new equipment. I was hacked two days afterpurchased. They came to my rescue and cleaned everything out and reloaded all my files back in!! GEEK SQUADD ARE THE BEST!!!!

The various reps at BB Newington, were all of so much help. Thwy were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and moat of all lisrened to my needs and wants.

Having Best Buy Total membership had been a good item to have. I have used it twice a year to have the Geek squad clean and check my computer for any virus etc. Also when I purchase an item from Best Buy, if I have a problem the membership will let me return it or fix the problem

This membership completely saved us!! We had a brand new laptop that we had not setup yet. Well I had a child try to setup by themselves and mess it up completely. Without the membership it would’ve cost us over $500 to get this fixed. With it, we now have a fixed computer and an entire year to go back with any issues that we may have.

Worth every penny. From computer to phone to kids gaming system issue, this membership has paid for itself!!

I have used my membership several times and have always been more than satisfied with the outcome. The technicians have been friendly and knowledgeable. I'll renew it again next year.

Pays for itself. All the apple products are covered, so need for apple protection for every single product. The service is amazing, my son broke his laptop, bought under the plan, Best Buy repaired it and it was as good as new, for a very minimal cost.

We got this with our sons lap top purchase and saved 70.00 right then off his lap top and it even covers all our electronics, still a fee but nothing like what it would be without. Also cheaper than buying most protection plans.

I'm a Best Buy Elite member because I purchase so many products from Best Buy every year and was a member of the original Best Buy Total Tech Support program. When totaltech was rolled out, I was immediately upgraded to this from the original Total Tech Support and it seemed like a good deal. Given how many products I purchase from Best Buy every year, I normally get a Geek Squad Protection Plan on most of my product purchases. Totaltech offers this by default which is great but you had to keep the totaltech membership on a continual basis which costs $199.99 per year. Furthermore, you have to pay a dedutible which varies depending on the item if you need to claim any kind of repair or service on top of the $199.99 per year membership fee. Personally, I don't intend to use most of the services offered by totaltech and I felt that it would cost more long-term than purchasing individual geek squad protection plans on select products. Also, I felt it's more costly too because of the deductible you would have to pay to have an item repaired under the program whereas there is NO deductible if you have a traditional geek squad protection plan. IMO, I don't recommend this membership!

It's a good service; however, it used to include delivery and installation for things like appliances so it's less of a value now because it's primarily Geek service. It should only be about a $100.00 per year.

I have purchased large priced items with no warranty or “saftey net” and I feel that this was worth purchasing. I bougbt a laptop from an auction site before with no warranty and it was the worst decision I made, I now make sure I get the yearly memebership incase something happens I know I am taken care of.
