This membership is a great value. Geek squad helps anytime we have questions or need diagnostics on any Best Buy products. I love that they automatically add protection plan at no extra cost. They send high qualified team members to assist with any questions or concerns.

I am worthless when it comes to technology. Being a member of the geek squad is a life savor for me. They tune up all my equipment and trouble shoot any issues I have with my lap top. Thanks Geek Squad, and the membership is well worth the money!

I take my laptop and desktop in for tune-ups every year. This protection pays for itself. The protection extends to the stove and refrigerator I bought at Best Buy. Go to some of the home warranty companies and compare.

If someone always finding new tech purchases nearly every year or some may be multiple times year it is worth it. If you're one who likes warranty or product protection this could be ideal purchase.

I am not pleased at this moment because I am having a problem with my washer still ongoing. It is not wringing the water all the way out at the end of the wash cycle. I keep getting charged to look at it.

This is an excellent value for having and it helps with everything as in issues with merchandise. I don't have a car to drive to get to Best Buy here in North Canton. So If I Purchase something and it's not right I can send it back without having to find a ride over.

This is something that is easily a no brainer. Comes in handy when something goes wrong with anything purchased through Best Buy that breaks down or technical issues.

I like that they still offer a membership deal but this one offers a lot less than the last one but still worth having
