Great value, member prices and Geek Squad support for all electronics and items from Best Buy

While the main ability to be able to get support for all of your devices and initially the discount on the service plans were far and away the best part of the service. Even now with all of the discounts the service pays for itself every year.

We believe the Best Buy Total membership is worth the annual fee. We have not had any trouble getting the membership's benefits applied. Neer had an instance of the representative saying a particular need on our part was not covere by the membership.

Always keep my membership. You just never know when you will need it!

I like that my membership warranties my purchases automatically, which I wasn't aware of until I bought my son a very expensive mixer this Christmas! That makes it worth the yearly fee. That & knowing my daughter's computer is covered!

I HAVEUSED THIS SERVICE FOR ABOUT 6-YEARS...A GOOD PURCHASE. fOR THE FIRST YEARS UP TO ABOUT 2022 I WOULD GIVE IT A 5-STAR RATING. SINCE THEN I HAVE OCCASIONAL AGENTS THAT FAIL TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM AND THE REMOTE CONNECTION SESSION GETS ENDED WITHOUT ME HAVING OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE ASSESSMENT FOR THE AGENT'S SERVICE.

I wouldnt be without this membership! I probably call the Geek Squad at least 3xs a month for support. We have a small business and i am technically challenged. The techs are very patient and knowledgeable.
