Buying this Total Membership 2 years ago, and renewing it - is by far the wisest thing I have done. So many things are covered (eg. AppleCare on all my Apple devices) that it literally pays for itself and then some. I have convinced my family and friends to buy it too.

I always forget that I have this until I buy something, and then it's a nice surprise when the shipping and/or delivery is free.

The membership is a necessity to maintain my computers, this day and age with all the electronics a professional group such as the Geek Squad is so much more economical and reliable to install and keep up to date the tv, washer, dryer, and computers.

I really enjoy the Geek Squad support. As an adult over 80, I frequently have issues that the Geek Squad fixes in a flash.

It really depends how much you use it. If you need help from Geek Squad several times a year and you are purchasing things from Best Buy it is probably worth it, but is not then not so much. I have been a little frustrasted with the big price jump and the separation of WebRoot from the plan. Now it costs extra rather than part of the subscription.

With multiple computers and almost always purchases through BestBuy.com (or local store), this has saved my company a lot of money and hassle over the years. I've got it setup to auto-renew each year to prevent lapses in coverage.

I am pleased with my membership. I wouldn’t want to be without it.
