Overall really good headphones with bass and treble. Sounds cap is a little Low for my taste, but can def get loud and quality. So overall really good.

I did not purchase anything. I took my laptop for cleaning for viruses and the same for my phone. Rep named Mike and that assisted me with my items.

I bought a new laptop and thought having this membership was a good buy for the perks it offered.

Had an issue with my son's laptop and this plan saved us about $200, so the cost of the plan was well worth it.

I am always skeptical of extended warranties and special extended service programs, but we purchased this one and it paid off. We added Total Tech when we purchased a new dishwasher. It meant we could get the installation for free essentially and have the benefits of Total Tech for the next year. Best Buy stopped selling physical media, so the free shipping benefit was negated after some months of signing up, but it paid off when we had a problem with our old refrigerator, which we did not purchase under the program, nor did we purchase it at Best Buy. Still, we were able to file a service ticket and the tech was local and amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to have in our home. He took care of the issue and we were thrilled. We did not need a new refrigerator and it cost us nothing out of pocket for the service under Total Tech. Now, I do recommend it, but I see Best Buy changed what is covered once again. I wish they would keep a good thing going. It's difficult to recommend something or even keep your membership with it when you have to always review what has changed, espeically when it's more likely that you lose benefits over time rather than gain some nowadays. Oh, well.

Great value came in for reotine service and in the store not onky they offered me the membership but it paid for itself in just one service. Great job
