I have had this membership for several years. Very worth it for the extra protection

This membership is of real value. The peace of mind that it gives me that we have the Geek Squad to help with any issues we may have is really worth it!

This plan used to be better but now they are increasing the price and giving less service. Previous plan included tv installations which was worth it. Don't know why the deleted that and wish they would reinstate it. It still has some great benefits

If you are reading this you do not know what you’re missing. I could be in sales for this program and I tell all my friends and family it pays for itself. Excellence in product support. You’ll thank me for this.

Having this program is a blessing for us. We don’t have to figure out who to call for fixing or troubleshooting.

I love having my membership and knowing that if something goes wrong, weather it be with my laptop, tablet or iPhone, I know I can count on the Geek Squad too be there for me! I can call on them 24/7 or schedule an appointment with them. Either way I know they are always going to be there for me!

I like having member prices and the Geek Squad comes to my rescue when needed as I am not very techy.

I appreciate the service I receive each time I take my computer in. The staff members are accommodating and answer my questions.

It may seem expensive until you need service. Then, you can get the help you need without expensive cost. In fact, there has never been a charge no matter what!

This member service for me is a great value. I have used it towards purchase's and have saved money. The other stores all want you to pay for delivery and the tech support and extended warranty that comes with it is a savings also. I am glad I have it.

Love having this membership and not having to worry so much when an issue arises with our electronics. It is a bit sadder every year when it seems the membership is the same price but less items are being covered. However, I still find it beneficial and will keep.

This membership just paid for itself. Had a problem with my HP printer (that was out of warranty) and took to Geek Squad to get fixed. Issue resolved same day - and no charge!!!

This membership is above and beyond what you would expect. I have used it often and am always happy with the fast, courteous and expert help I receive. Just the peace of mind knowing that help is always there is worth more than the yearly cost.

This membership has been a tremendous assist to this basic computer user. The help desk seems knowledgeable and has walked me through several set ups I could not quite figure out on my own. I have ease of mind knowing that I am covered by the protection plan.
