This membership has great value, giving access to many things including apple care which normally costs around $400!

I have enjoyed having the membership as they did a good job adding my software apps on my new computer that I bought at Best Buy- I enjoyed my 50 dollars reward and used it for a new cell phone case

Excellent help with all aspects of the analysis of computer problems of previous laptop and recommendation for purchase of new laptop. Quick copy of all information/programs from previous laptop to new Omnibook XL laptop.

I really enjoy that I get to come in for repairs all year for the price of a membership. As someone who doesn’t have a lot of tech experience, this is an incredible help. And the two times I’ve stopped in for assistance, the staff is always helpful. I recommend it!

Best membership that i have ever had when it comes to protection satisfaction of help with geeksquad at you beck and call. I wish i had gotten it sooner.

The totaltech membership has been more valuable than we originally thought. Our Installer helped us get set up when we had a new audio system put in my Wife's truck. It has been much more than just a one time deal. Since then we had a valve go out in our washing machine and Geek Squad came out and replaced it for a price much lower than we could have paid with another company. I recently bought a new computer and the features that came with the totaltech membership provide greater peace of mind. We are highly satisfied with totaltech and find it to be of great value.
