I love this protection; it is reliable, easy to use, and instant. My daughter broke her laptop twice, and Best Buy Protection fixed it and replaced the laptop.

Having the membership gives me peace of mind. Easy to make appointments and techs have been very nice to work with for any issues. Just wish store was closer but understand many factors enter into store locations.

My reason for keeping my membership has changed, it does more for you than you think. There is small savings get and support that you don`t think able till you need it.

Have used this for 15 years and it has some of the greatest people very helpful and understanding.

It’s not as good as what it used to be, since they’ve taken away benefits such as doing free home and car installations of Best Buy purchases. Their computer help is mediocre, compared to how it used to be.

I really appreciate the persistence and professionalism of the Geek Squad to provide technology services to those of us who are limited in that area! I wouldn't know what to do without this membership!
