The Best Buy Total membership is absolutely worth every penny you pay for it. It is very reassuring to know that the Geek Squad is just a call away when I need help and I have called them. I've had this membership since buying a Dell desktop computer in 2014! SOooooooo valuable!

I have had to have 2 older laptops backed up to portable hard drives. I have had to send out a 4 year old damaged computer and an old insertable hard drive to see if any data could be captured. I had to pay for the shipping to & from. I was able to recycle a much older laptop at the Best Buy store. I still have to ask about recycling the damaged laptop. I would have been given a discount if I went ahead with recovery and repair of my damage computer, but instead bought a new computer. I received some discount when buying a new laptop and another portable hard drive. I have also received answers to several questions about my computers and what could be done or not done. So, in the past month I have received a great deal of value with the Total Protection Package which I only used maybe once a year several years ago.

THE MEMBERSHIP IS A GREAT HELP IF YOU EVER GOT STUCK ON SOMETHING, JUST A CALL AWAY AND THEY WILL HELP YOU. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKS.

It's great that I can get the support I need whenever I need it. It's a must-have for all your devices at home.

I had several issues with my laptop the first year that bought a total tech subscription. I had to go in the a physical store location several times to have Geek Squad solve the problems they were so helpful each time and so I renewed my subscription the following year for peace of mind, even though I haven't had an issues. One time I had an on-going issue with connecting to any Wi-Fi source and someone from the total tech team was able to restore the issue remotely. I didn't even have to go into the store. They were very professional and resolved all my tech issues.

I value my "geek Squad" membership very, very much as I have gotten much more than the dollar savings - Peace of Mind Knowing its there and has been for past few years!

This membership has given me the piece of mind to purchase any item and know that I have the ability to return it if needed.
