This is the best protection for all of your Best Buy purchases.

Was having a problem with my internet provider. Best Buy person explained the issue and how to troubleshoot better than anyone in many hours talking. To the service provider. All tech people are knowledgable and patient.

This membership gives me a relaxed piece of mind knowing there is a solution out there if I have a problem. The service men are always so friendly and willing to help.

We like having this membership. It is very nice to know there is support for any problems. The Geek squad has helped me a few times with my computer.

This membership is great!! Not only covers my desk-top, but also my tablet. Also, my roommate's lap-top get covered I make sure I get my desk-top at least once a year. Puts my mind at ease.

We like the support given to us who are not computer wizards. We have needed in store as well as in home service to install printers, WI FI extenders, tv's, and ring door bells. A great value to the monry.

This plan was awesome whenever my security software was a part of my bundle. Now that it's not, I dont have as much of a need for the plan as I don't purchase tons of items from Best Buy. However, this plan is great if you buy high ticket items as it will help you greatly if something breaks or gets damaged over the first couple years of ownership.

I've had this program for several years now. I can't imagine not having this service. It's not always convenient to take my laptop to the shop and this helps me avoid that.

The membership is a real value, have had to take tower in and get tuneups regularly thanks to the coverage.

value continues into multiple year membership. Had to purchase computer for retirement of spouse this year and because mine was old. Could not beat price and feel safe to use Geek squad for problems.

Best Buy Total Tech Protection is great. I wish they didn’t change it to My Best Buy, because you are now getting a lot less than what you are paying for.
