This yearly membership which I have had continuous for years - never have failed me but instead saved me a lot both cost and aggravation and time and worry. I always brag and feel totally pleased when I leave the store. This highly qualified friendly helpful service and staffed store is the best.

This is worth the money for a yearly membership. I use it at least 2x a year for my computer and it gives me other benefits like price breaks and longer return times. I also get rewards which I can use for merchandise.

The Best Buy total membership is easily a no brainer. Save money, cover warranties and have a peace of mind when it comes to returns and exchanges.

The membership hasn’t been very helpful to me. I bought a Cyberware computer about a year ago, just to a play The Sims on it. Suddenly, out of nowhere my computer would just shut off after being on for 30 mins. I brought it up to my local Best Buy where they installed apps to test my CPU & GPU- testing to see if my computer was staying in the appropriate temperatures. Everything checked out. No further testing was done and I was sent on my way. I was told to come back and they would do a full diagnostic test (which should have been done the first time) if my computer was still functioning improperly. I brought my computer home and once again the same issue happened. I brought it back up there so they could run a full diagnostic test where there were issues found with my computer. I felt reassured the situation was going to get better because the solution to the problem was to have them ship it off to be fixed. I sure was wrong in thinking that. My computer was shipped off and scheduled to be fixed. The members had put in additional notes of the problems my computer was experiencing. Just to have it shipped back from the repair center unfixed and told there wasn’t any issues with my computer. Furthermore, after I got the phone call telling me my computer was ready to be picked up, I was told that. Of course, I’m not paying all of this additional money to be a Best Buy member for nothing, I want my computer repaired. Once again, they shipped it back off with even more detailed notes of the problems from the diagnostic tests as well as further pertinent information with the assumption that my computer will finally be fixed. This all started at the beginning of September, it’s now the second of October. So we will see…. Side note: if you like having free shipping and possibly racking up a purchase every now and again you get $5 gift certificate you can use on your purchases.

The tables i purchased i thought it would last atlest 2 years but some products aren't as reliable as they use to be. This saved me $700 minus what it cost for the insurance it self but well worth it if you can remember you have it.

I love knowing that I have a guarantee in the products we get and enjoy knowing that we have a pice of mind.

I have gotten myself locked out many times over the years. Sometimes I get a little nervous trying to set up or down load anything. They had me up and running easily. Wait till I get into it. Im sure they'll see me many times in the future .

This service is worthwhile. My biggest complaint is that we get no priority in the service queue either in person or on phone/line and that takes forever.

Having this service has been a great investment for every electronic item I've purchased at Best Buy.

I personally believe it is worth it. The money I saved last was way more than the cost of the membership.

The costumer service I received was excellent, they guide me thru it.

A little pricey but has been valuable for my college son and the warranty on his computer. Disappointed with the speed of service repairing his computer. He purchased his first computer based on a Best Buy employee recommendation. Computer spent more time in repair his freshman year of college than he was able to use it. Eventually received a store credit thanks to total membership.

Membership is great as it allows the convenience of going to a local Geek Squad to service my computer at any Best Buy location.

I have had their Total membership for years. It has been invaluable to me. They have helped me with many tech issues and also once when I was duped. They help me fix, repair and remove maleware and buy and install better internet security for a great price. I have not had security issues since. Saved me a lot of grief and money over the years. They also provide me peace of mind knowing I have tech support when I need it, discounts and extended warranty on most of my purchases.

Works pretty darn good ,keeps my electronics safe and is the best antivirus out there.

A great investment. Recently saved money because i had it when my new laptop needed a factory reset with membership it was free.
