Well when needed it’s great! Beats paying out of pocket for help on purchases, phone help, computer, or printing! I guess it’s security for me since I don’t know much!

I love my total tech membership. It is wonderful to be able to have geek squad remote into my machine to fix issues or to help make sure to remove malware and other such things when they occasionally get through my security.

This membership saved us quite a bit of money on the purchase of our refrigerator.

This membership is a real value. It is peace of mind and Best Buy is so great about trying to help with problems. Just nice to get a tune up any time you need. Worth the cost.

It really depends how much you use it. If you need help from Geek Squad several times a year and you are purchasing things from Best Buy it is probably worth it, but is not then not so much. I have been a little frustrasted with the big price jump and the separation of WebRoot from the plan. Now it costs extra rather than part of the subscription.

I'm not very technically inclined so I appreciate the membership's easy availability. The price is right when you consider how difficult your life can suddenly become when a vital machine suddenly breaks or fails.

This membership is a bargain and a great deal. I’m so happy to have it. It has more than paid for itself annually for me. I’ve had my laptop issues taken care of as well phone issues handled promptly and professionally.

The total tech membership with the insurance on purchased items is invaluable as all brands are different and this rogram lets me make bold purchases without fear or regret. Peace of mind with high dollar items is a luxury you will be happy to have every holiday season as well as birthdays etc.
