Love the free home delivery and other perks have saved a lot of money and also gotten good in house tech support. Sad they’ve dropped the points progeam as was nice to esrn some points for free/discounted stuff. Best perk is the free applecare which goes without saying yet must be said — along with the free apple “trials” we love scoring apple music,fitness etc for free!

This membership is worth its weight in gold ibhave had several items tepairs or replaces and the free product insurance is amazing. Worth every oenny

Total protection is real value when you consider anything can happen, at any time. All of our electronic devices are enrolled, as well as all appliances.

The techs are always helpful and know their stuff. They don't talk down to you and listen carefully. Plus the delivery & take away option for appliances, etc, is well worth the subscription alone.

If you have any electrical device and you don't have Best Buy Total, you will be spending a lot more money than necessary. I have auto renewal ( have had for years!), so I don't forget.

Love this service and will keep renewing my service with them. It is definitely worth it for my dad’s computers, somehow with his luck something would happen to his laptops and geek squad to the rescue.

Geek squad support and protection plans on my purchases really sold me on this membership. they say you cant put a price on peace of mind, but Best buy did and its totally affordable.

Sure feels great to have this kind of protection. They were able to install my old software onto my new laptop as well and make sure everything was up and running.
