    This is a valuable membership. For a less than tech pro, Geek Squad can make my life easier. Even assists with tv purchases etc.

    Membership at Best Buy supports both technical support and in-home scheduled appontments that covers installation, trouble shooting; inclusive of Webroot. NOTE: PRICE OF MEMBERSHIP HAS GONE UP GIVEN OF WHAT THE SERVICES COVERED UNDER POLICY.

    Knowing you have a protection plan without having to ask.I have used the plan since i bought my first e-machines desktop computer,years ago. That was 5 computers ago.

    This membership gave us great discounts and loved the free shipping and delivery. We just dropped it as the most important thing to us was the free delivery, haul away, and installation, and it was dropped from the perks of the program.
