The membership is amazing for all tech but especially if you have a computer or something else that is out of warranty. My computer was having problems and they took it in after asking what it was doing and now it runs great!!! I'm so glad i got the membership, it's much cheaper then buying a new laptop.

It was worth the purchase price considering that I needed help switching data from one computer to the new one and had issues setting the new computer up once I got home. I was able to access help remotely through Greek Squad.

The My Best Buy Total made my New Computer purchase So Easy. I bought the new computer. They transferred some of my data and pictures over to my New Computer, I had a few programs I also wanted to be put on my new computer. And they also told me how to set my current printer up to my new computer. All in All a Great easy experience.

Bought the membership and grateful for the group of the geek squad! They were all so amazing and reassured me when my computer was hacked!

Easily the best thing I’ve ever purchased from Best Buy. With 2 teenage boys, we use this service 2-3 times a year. And the service is second to none; no questions asked, just “Here you go…”

This wonderful contract is a true blessing, as it allows me to have my laptop running and keep it running. The price for this 1 year contract is cheaper than what I have paid in past years for a professional computer repair technician to come to our office!!

I purchased this membership to have full warranty and service available to me. The Geek Squad is an over the top added benefit! While transferring material from my old computer to this new laptop, the Geeks were very engaging and encouraging. You can even schedule one on one help sessions, if needed! The membership is also there for other purchases.

Support and peace of mind are worth every cent we paid. Exchanges and assistance has been outstanding.

I hope this was a good choice. So far I no use it yet. I hope that every time I have a need to take care of it, this subscription will come in handy.

I always think I’m not going to renew this Total Membership plan, but then I end up buying something and since I have the Total Membership, I don’t have to buy a protection plan. Then recently, because I have this membership plan, upon buying a Samsung refrigerator, I got an additional $850 off! So maybe I’ll keep this plan around for a while.

My initial experience with Total Care was not positive. I had an in-store meeting scheduled. When I showed up, I had to wait to finally talk to someone. Apparently, everyone was busy. So much for scheduled appts. The person I finally got to speak with was not from the Geek Squad/Total Care. He was a kid filling in from another dept and really had no business being there. He couldn't even answer the first question I had. Pressing a little further his only suggestion was to bring my PC into the store for support. It was a wasted trip to the store for a couple minutes of nothing. I'm willing to give Total Care another try. If my next encounter with Total Care is not productive I will cancel.

I bought the membership and it paid for itself the first thing I did!! I had my data transferred from an old computer to a new one. They did an amazing job and everything was covered. It would have been more without the membership. :)
