It includes Geek Squad protection on almost everything you buy while a member. For people who buy MacBooks, iPhones, and appliances in the same year, this is an incredible value. It also includes 24/7 tech support.

In my opinion the My Best Buy total membership is awesome. I love purchasing new items and they are included in the program, instead of buying an extended warranty each time I buy something. I purchase a lot of merchandise from Best Buy and if you're like me, you want to add the extra protection to the electronics you buy. The membership adds that freedom for all the things you buy as long as the membership is active. So, if you're trying to decide if the program is right for you, look at what you're buying and compare the extended warranty price to the membership price and all of it's benefits of the program. You'll see for yourself, there is no comparison. I would tell anyone who shops at Best Buy like I do, get the My Best Buy Total membership because it's definitely worth the value you pay each year. I told my friend about it and he signed up when I explained the benefits to him. Try it and enjoy.

Having unlimited access to Geek Squad is a lifesaver for me. I rarely need to call on them, but when I do, they patiently and professionally resolve whatever issue I’m experiencing. Its nice to know that if I had a problem they have my back. My wife's computer more ssd space the Geek Squad was outstanding they helped me get the right board and reset the computer and moved all her files. They also found some bad files that my firewall did not catch. The only thing I paid for was the part. You can not get that anywhere else that I know of. Thank you the help.

This has been amazing especially when you have kids in college and something goes wrong with the laptops. But the technicians at the Cumming store are not too nice. Can be very rude, not just to me bit I witnessed a technician be very rude to an elderly man that his phone didnt work because he didnt have an appointment. No one was in line and the technician had been just standing there and refused to see this little old man. Thankfully a nice man shopping saw all this and helped the little old man out. It was something simple that the little old man must of clicked on and didnt know how to get it changed back. Its sad that their isnt any customer service anymore in the country. Or respect for elders.

I would recommend this to someone who buys alot from best buy frequently but i ordered off of the 800 # and it was hard to understand the individual which told me this was good for two years not whati was told when i went to pick up my product that i bought this for had i know it was yearly i would of went with the Geek squad protection plan which i ended up doing i really love best buy it has changed over the years and it is getting harder to find people who know the products.

Have saved a lot on our purchases. Will continue to be members.

Getting this membership has helped me get not only good deals but, also saved me money whenever my computer had software issues and I had to take it for repair service! In my opinion if you buy most of your electronics here you should get it, it I’ll save you tons of money in the end.
