It would Be a good value IF i could get things straightened out. Alas, they informed me i eould have to pay Geek Squad again to redo what they undid the first time they came. We've had an appointment at the store, so half the problem is solved but they want to charge me $120.00 to come out and plug in the telephone, computer scanner, lamp and other electronics they un plugged while the boss was working at the other computer.

This membership has paid off in multiple ways for my family. We purchased all of our new appliances through BestBuy for our new house. The warranty and service extras have saved us $$$

Get this plan,its probably the best membership on anything I've had. Because it's the only one when you have an issue they actually help you. They actually do something. The perks and deals are a great plus,and I only get my best stuff from Best Buy. The money you can save is the biggest incentive. Staff has been great,and professional throughout on walking me through things. Get the membership,its so worth it!

I’m still kinda not sure why I pay for this. It’s quite expensive for the possibility something could happen one day and I honestly don’t remember what’s covered. I’ve been paying for years and never had to use, which is a good thing I guess. I’ll update if I ever do

My PC was having issues over the span of months thst were difficult to consistently replicate. Taking it in for service over and over can become expensive. This service can be great for the right scenario. I canceled after the year due to a new PC purchase, so you're going to have to gauge how often you plan to be at Geek Squad in order to determine if this is a value or not for you.

Peace of mind is at hand with the total membership. It also allows you additional time to ensure this is the right item for you with longer returns.It has been great to have purchased the all-around 2-year plans so that any items purchased after are already included in the membership. Once again, peace of mind right hand.

This membership pays for it self in just one visit. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this membership. You wil not regret it.

I took every year you know it's always good to but the best came they're so good at what they do I don't really use it as much as I thought I would but I do love it and I do highly recommend it

BEST BUY, products, staff including Geek Squad are great! They treat this older non-computer person with patience and understanding of limitation's. They have always been able to solve my issues, and supply me with the correct product. When a worker has come to my home they have been efficient, polite and I recommend BEST BUY as a service or tech store to everyone.
