I took every year you know it's always good to but the best came they're so good at what they do I don't really use it as much as I thought I would but I do love it and I do highly recommend it

I’m still kinda not sure why I pay for this. It’s quite expensive for the possibility something could happen one day and I honestly don’t remember what’s covered. I’ve been paying for years and never had to use, which is a good thing I guess. I’ll update if I ever do

My bestbuy total membership is awesome. If I can not figure it out I aways use my plan and contact geek squad or schedule an appointment to bring in my item for evaluation.

Total membership is a great service to have. It has given me peace to purchase technology knowing i can get support in any problems that come up.

If you're planning on buying electronics from best buy, I know.This is probably gonna be expensive by a year round.It is worth it one hundred percent

I’ve had the Totaltech membership for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer. The free 24/7 tech support and extended warranty on most purchases give me real peace of mind. I recently bought a MacBook and had a few questions — their support team was super helpful and patient. Also, getting free delivery and installation on certain items is a big plus. If you shop at Best Buy often or buy electronics regularly, I think it’s totally worth it. It’s like having tech experts on call whenever you need them!

I feel secure knowing I have a five year warranty. I purchased a TV from another competitor I was treated horribly. I will now be going to Best Buy for high ticket items. Thank you for restoring my faith and offering quality products.

I had a few issues with my recent purchase of a Lenovo laptop (nothing remotely serious), but everytime I went into the store the counter men were great. Kudos and thank yous to Evan Besser, Jon Herra & Matt Harrington, and anyone in the back who helped us. Everything was taken care of quickly and correctly.

definitely worth it...even if you just want extra warranty coverage for all your purchases...special members only sneek previews and offers...an added plus if you also need geek services also...would recommend for the price and convience.

This is a great membership to obtain. You gain exclusive access to Black Friday deals as well as money back if an item you bought went on sale but you paid full price. I would totally recommend because the money your spending yearly on this membership is little to nothing compared to what your saving.

I never buy memberships of this nature but i needed to get my computer repaired and was asking questions and i was told they would repair items even if not bought at best buy. Which is amazing the techs were so nice and they did a great job i am so happy and appreciative.

The Total Tech membership is a no-brainer. Just as in the previous years, the membership paid for itself quickly. I've built my own computer boxes for 35 yrs, but this most recent trip to Best Buy was for a total PC workstation re-build. The Geek Squad crew shined once again with superb customer care and followed my instructions. While at my final inspection sppointment, I felt sorry for the folks in line around me, who would be bringing in devices regularly, and paying more than they needed to without a Total Tech membership. In fact, on each visit to Best Buy, it seems to me Geek Squad has the lion's share of business. Pretty quiet elsewhere. Just my observation.

I didn’t realize my membership had expired and I have had it for years. Has been very beneficial for me. Customer service is always great.
