I just recently purchased this support membership, becasue I hade a remote service for many years and they must have been sold to a company that is not ablut helping but, more about scamming and getting you to pay for fixing issues you don't even have. If you have ever used a comany by US TECH SUPPORT BECAREFUL!

This membership is a terrific deal which gives me the incentive to continue to shop at Best Buy where their pricing is not just the best, but with the increase of the cost of living it makes sense. I will shop at Best Buy using my membership

If tech help is needed it is nice to know that I have a place to go and techs there know what to do in order to get you back to the many jobs that our computers do for us today.

Get this plan,its probably the best membership on anything I've had. Because it's the only one when you have an issue they actually help you. They actually do something. The perks and deals are a great plus,and I only get my best stuff from Best Buy. The money you can save is the biggest incentive. Staff has been great,and professional throughout on walking me through things. Get the membership,its so worth it!
