This membership is a wonderful value to have someone who knows computers in and out available to help you is priceless. The folks are so patient and kind and, if you need to take your computer into them, they turn it around fast.

This is a great membership to obtain. You gain exclusive access to Black Friday deals as well as money back if an item you bought went on sale but you paid full price. I would totally recommend because the money your spending yearly on this membership is little to nothing compared to what your saving.

My membership has already come in handy. I used it to get my new laptop all set up. I enjoy having the security to know if something happens with my tech, I have a place to take it to get looked at and fixed.

My computer was serviced quickly and proficiently. I am happy with the outcome. The tech personnel were kind and patient. They answered my questions and took the time to explain things that were not clear because I didn't know the computer terminology.

The Best Buy membership gives me financial peace of mind and convenience. I believe that having this membership shields me from the high cost of unexpected repairs and avoids the hassle of finding and scheduling a reliable repair service yourself.

If you don’t have this membership you are missing out! It’s paid for it self time and time again with all of the purchases I have made being protected and along with all the other great benefits.

Being able to get so many different discounts a day and the ability for anything happens to the items I buy like an Xbox elite controller I could have it repaired at Geek Squad. I love the Best Buy total membership and I would recommend it to anybody. Especially if you for instance, happen to buy a laptop there crack the screen they can repair it.

i was thinking that this was a waste of a subscription, however when i bought this subscription, i was able to save so much when purchasing from best buy!!!

I signed up for this based on the warranty information and support. Not sure if i will continue as it is expensive

The geek squad is so helpful with many things. Answering questions and fixing things that I don’t know how. The older I get I need them more.

I never buy memberships of this nature but i needed to get my computer repaired and was asking questions and i was told they would repair items even if not bought at best buy. Which is amazing the techs were so nice and they did a great job i am so happy and appreciative.

We have had this service for several years now. The Geek personnel have always provided the expertise we needed to solve problems. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I would recommend this to someone who buys alot from best buy frequently but i ordered off of the 800 # and it was hard to understand the individual which told me this was good for two years not whati was told when i went to pick up my product that i bought this for had i know it was yearly i would of went with the Geek squad protection plan which i ended up doing i really love best buy it has changed over the years and it is getting harder to find people who know the products.
