Member prices are great. I have not had to use the Geek Squad except to set up the new computer, but they were wonderful to work with. The customer phone support is TERRIBLE though.

Definitely i great idea to have. I use my laptop for business and i cant afford to pay a bunch of money to get it serviced when something happens. The membership comes with some services where i dont even have to pay. Very much worth it!

In my opinion, this is a wise use of your money. The plan provides more than essential needs for protective services to the equipment. The Geek Squad knowledge, expertise, and availability of services is just great to have.

First item I used was to clean my desktop of malware and virus. They diod a great job in a short time. I will utilize as many benefits as possible.

For me it's been well worth the money. we've taken computers in for a tune-up, mouse pad stopped work, it was fixed within a few days and didn't cost me a dime

Its a bit pricey but definitely worth it if you are buying big ticket items! We have used our Total Tech many times when it comes to home appliances and even our phones and screen protectors!

I had a great experience with a representative named Jordan who was truly gifted and had customer service as her work theme. I am pleased with the product which is so much faster than my old outdated system.

I admit, it was confusing to understand the membership details, in comparison to Geek Squad coverage. After understanding, i purchased and it was totally worth it. Immediately earned rewards on the purchase. Two weeks later, the purchase was on sale and we received almost 150 back as part of the program when i went in to "price match the sale." The membership has paid for itself already!

I am so glad I bought this plan because I now have to use it for other unplanned emergencies. Staff is very courteous and explains situation and recommendations thoroughly so that I can make the best decisions.

This membership, so far, has been very helpful. I think I have already used more time than I could have purchased with separate services.
