I would not go without the My Best Buy Total membership. It's been well worth the money. I've taken my phone and my computer in a number of times over the last few years and I've always been satisfied with the assistance I've gotten.

I love it nice they helped me out a lot. They help me set up my printer. If I have a problem, I just go inside. The people is always so nice.

The geek squad did a very good job at repairing my iMac 2017 27”. I tried to upgrade it to Tahoe 26 and the operating system went crazy, but the geek squad was able to breathe life back into my 2017 iMac. I am so thankful.

Although pricey, it has been of good use. Getting the computer to recognize my printer, setting up Webroot or my other apps, The Geek Squad & the My Best Buy program has been a godsend. It's like the tech version of AAA+ .

My decision to to become a member was simple and easy. Best Buy offers a variety of products and services. One in particular is access to the Geek Squad. Unlike other options, the ability to pick and choose what electronic products I would consider, the Geek Squad enables me to address any and all issues.

Total tech is a great deal when computer needs help. We greatly appreciate techs being able to take over computer online and fix the problems without having to take product into the store to be fixed.

The membership has great value and would definitely recommend to others.
