This membership is worth every penny! We have 2 computers and call every month for a "tune up", and that's not including when we call for other issues. The tech folks are very knowledgable and courteous, and have always solved our issues. I recommend it to anyone, especially if you are a novice on the computer. And that's not to mention other discounts we receive just because we have the membership. It's worth looking in to!

Kendrick from the Geek Squad was so very helpful. His guidance was direct, specific and understandable. I am 80 years of age and find technology impossible to comprehend. I will continue to shop at Best Buy now that I have discovered how valuable it is!!!

I brought my HP laptop in for a diagnosis because of very slow operation. It was determined that the hard drive needed replacement. Figuring the cost of diagnosis and repair, it became obvious that purchase of the Best Buy Total membership what's the way to go. The membership would cover future diagnosis and repairs on this and other electronics, as well as cloning my desktop to a new desktop which I will be buying later this year. The membership includes many other benefits and a discounts.

Worth it if you buy a lot and/or expensive items. You always get a discount price, financing and rewards. And the price match option is totally worth it and easy to do!

After purchasing my new desktop computer and tablet, I needed to transfer my data, install microsoft office and install web root virus protection. Dealing with geek squad for these services, as this being a simple technology task for some, is not as simple for a senior, turned my purchase into a total positive experience. He went on to answer all my questions with warranty, future 24/7 tech support and advise for my home setup and had a great attitude! Definitely felt like VIP treatment and appreciate becoming a Best Buy Total member

This membership is great. I just bought it on Halloween, and already have received credit for price matching!! It’s comforting to know that I can have access to the Geek Squad if I need them.

It was a bit of a deal to order this laptop. All on my end. The Best Buy employee did a awesome job with helping me!! Good service is hard to get at times!! This was greatly not that way. I call or go there again!
