I buy my tech at Best Buy because of the total membership. I like the guarantees and protection that come with the program. It gives me peace of mind so I will continue using it. I also notice the employees treat me like a VIP because of my membership and that’s always nice.

membership has great value, especially if you are repairing multiple electronics. i only had to diagnose my computer and have work done on it, and while they weren't able to save it; the membership helped me get a new computer and will cover any issues i have with additional electronics the rest of the year

Used the membership initially to have data transferred from an old to a new laptop. Used their services again shortly after the purchase to address in issue with turning on the laptop. The team members I dealt with the the purchase and service were uniformly well qualified and interested in quickly solving problems.

I have not had a membership for years. My lab too had been hacked even with and through Ma Caffe. Thinks we’re being translated into Spanish and sent to hackers. For instance, an order to Amazon would have been sent there. I’ve was also kicked out of a zoom call when this first occurred. It is very scary! The laptop was cleaned and is back to use. Thx.

I recently purchased the annual Geek Squad membership at Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service has been incredibly convenient and well worth the cost. The Geek Squad team is knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and they take the time to clearly explain solutions without making things feel overwhelming.

This membership is value and great, I do like it. I’ m not worried about because I know, if I get intrible someone will be there, on next time, I’m sure I will do it again because I have the right support !! People take care with your stuffs. Thank you for everything!!!

For a single big-ticket purchase, like a new laptop or TV, the warranty alone can make the membership pay for itself. The 60-day return window is also a great, practical perk. The Downside: The main drawback is the price—around $180 a year. It's a steep cost if you aren't actually using the key benefits. If you're an infrequent shopper or don't need much tech support, you will likely not get your money's worth. The Bottom Line: If you're about to buy expensive electronics and value robust protection plans and on-demand support, it’s a strong contender. For casual shoppers, it's probably an easy pass.

When I purchased this I said maybe just for 1 year. But I have used the membership for a new laptop that decided to have issues. I was thankful that I could go to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and get it fixed I think better than brand new! Glad it covers all my Best Buy purchases better than expected

Great membership to have. I just purchased a tv and there was no need to buy a insurance plan because the membership already covered the tv and along with all the other items that I just recently purchased.

The Geek Squad were very patient with me. I brought in 2 laptops to check for viruses and installed an antivirus in both. They explained what I they were doing and the benefits of the antivirus protection. they only had to keep the laptops for a couple days.

Best value of all of my various membership belongs to My Best Buy Total. Cannot recommend it enough. I have 6 laptops (macs) my Mac Studio and my intel laptop plus my Breville Coffee all from Total which give me extra one year of manufacturers warranty. Love this thing. Best thing Neat Buy ever came up with.

Becoming a member was a good decision. Anytime that I have a problem with my computer or other device the Geek Squad is always there. They are honest and do not try to force you to buy anything additional. My only complaint is that the store does not have a dedicated telephone line that you can call to make appointments.

I love the service and the deals available as a total member, however, I don’t get a chance to use them enough! They come across with so many deals and service capabilities, that I am not able to take advantage of it. I’d like to. Worth the money, however. Especially if you’re going to have a new TV mounted and wired.

The membership is a great value. I can take my computer in for check ups anytime without cost. I appreciate the great service and support given. Plus I like the variety of products available. Staff have never steered me wrong. I told a friend about it and they signed up for a membership.

I purchased the membership when I brought my laptop in when I was having a problem with it. Fortunately, I have not had to use this membership for any further problem since. However, I do like the peace of mind knowing that I will have ready access to knowledgeable people if/when I do.

This membership is worth the yearly price. Decent member discounts on new and open box merchandise. Covers all of your electronics and game systems, TV'S and anything else you get at Best Buy. Also free Geek Squad for your computers! I've been a member for 5 years now.

Love having the piece of mind on the electronics and appliances I have purchased. Every store you go to asks if you want to purchase an extended warranty. With my best buy total membership, I'm covered.

Usually this is a no brainer to purchase. On my new iPhone and my I in oz car charger should have had 2 year warranty. It did not.. that was a surprise. My list of items on warranty did not show up at store 14 months after purchasing it.
