    Went to my Best Buy store to purchase an eero 6+ system. When they rang the sale up, they included $99 dollar charge for delivery and then $149 for installation. When I asked why that wasnt included under my total membership, salesman went to get a floor kanager and i was told that a total membership no linger included installation.

    I Was told it would cover my previous purchases & I'd receive assistance to fix my lab top and was never helped but instead told they do not do any repairs but told there was when selling me the plan

    Not worth it. I got the membership thinking the perks were worth it but its not. I got a new phone and the screen malfunctions within a month and totaltech didn't want to fix it but instead refund ut and had me repurchase a new one. Normally that would be fine but i was hit with a 10% restocking fee.

    Very Disappointed, Purchased And Total Tech Plan Totally Changed There Agreement Plan. Im Disabled And Purchased This Plan So My Tvs Could Be Moved To My New Home For Free But Was Told When Your Plan Auto Renew Your No Longer Eligible. For What You Signed Up For

    I have not benefited from this Best Buy membership because I only signed up for the membership without realizing it and now I have to pay for more memberships this is not a membership function and this is your way of robbing people of money.

    It was good years ago but now it’s better to buy the warranty from the manufacturer… you only get the ability to get a refund for the first year after purchase, there isn’t any provided technical support.

    Free 2 day shipping got cancelled and is set to take 7 days, I can get free 3 day shipping as a non member. Agents lied to my face and cancelled orders without consent. Save yourself the trouble and the money, it’s not worth it! It asks if I’d recommend this to a friend?? I wouldn’t recommend this to an enemy!

    No customer service, weeks and weeks with no update Finally called today and told they have not fixed my computer yet They will give me another update every five to seven business days I can’t believe I paid them 300 dollars for this

    What am I paying for every year? They never repair anything. They definitely don't rectify things when selling to you broken.

    Elite plus, total tech now just total. I lost benefits i signed up for mid membership (free tv mounting). Best buy is turning into an absolute circus.

    This membership was great when it included things like free installation of items purchased there. Without that, it is a waste of money

    The membership with Best Buy was at one time very good and valuable; however, when they changed the plan the service changed and now it is not worth the money or time. Phone calls and/or request are not answered. Poor service, how sad!
