Still a member even if installations are no longer available for free.

Waste of money. Right when we need it, extended warranty coverage expired.

We bought some kind of lifetime warranty for another product. We were automatically enrolled in this program we didn’t ask for or need. Best Buy took it upon themselves to auto enroll us into automatic renewal. It was an effort to cancel this. Watch your statement.

It would have been nice if yall would have let your customers know. That we are going to be wasting our money this year because y’all change your policy and treating everybody like a big pile of poo

Total Tech before was worth it based off the delivery incentive alone. The new total is a pitiful choice to basically make it worthless minus an extended warranty type of deal fhst probably wont cover half of what the total tech did.

We returned a computer and just a week after buying it geeks squad was unable to fix it and we were refunded 100%. A year later geek squad charged our account when we no longer owned a computer and they never agreed to cancel and refund our membership charge. Would never buy from them again.

They no longer provide appointments and install services for solar panels of cameras. I don’t understand why they would remove features instead of adding?

Toyal care membership is not worth the money or the aggravation best buy did t even refund my return credit properly

Do not renew your total tech. They dont come out and install anymore and the extended warrantys arent any good. Waste of money.

Added a breast pump to my cart and the deal went poof within 10 minutes before i had a chance to purchase it absolutely no mention of a flash sale or any thing else just said member deal the obly value this program seems to add is apple care if it werent for that i would cancel right now.

They removed pretty much all of what makes it worth it. No more free install, no more free delivery. All you still have is an extended warranty.

Best Buy Total used to include installation. (And removal of old appliance if applicable.) Now it does not and all you get is double warranty (As long as you keep your membership). The "exclusive" savings doesn't seem like a deal to me.

Repairs take too long. You pay premium to have premium service and you do not receive that. They do not care about you and have a flippant attitude when you request for things to be set right.

horrible you should never purchase. Save yourself from becoming a victim. Total membership is all around on every level terrible and every time you use it they will charge you for it. BAD PURCHASE!!!!

Im not happy that i dont have the option to pay geeksquad vs best buy membership when you are still a member... bec its NOT like i buy stuff every year... BEST BUY MEMBERSHIP IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO BUY STUFF EVERY YEAR

The membership they had 3 years ago was significantly better. I’ve barely used this.
