There's no value in purchasing this. It is not like it used to be when it was best by total protect. With this plan all you get is free shipping as well as 60 days to return your item, and 20% off of repairs. That is not a discount.

The change to this plan completely floored me. I feel bamboozled and completely hate the changes 50 characters are not to explain why Best Buy is dead wrong for doing their customers this way

EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. THE ONE TIME I NEEDED IT MY ITEM WOULD NOT BE REPAIRED BY THEM.

This is a con. Why did the company choose to sell discounts? I know it's a protection plan, but the other perks are not worth the cost.

This was cancelling my Best Buy Total because I used them 2 times and both times they failed miserably. I figured out the first problem myself when they couldn’t. The 2nd problem is open but I plan to go to apple and/ or HP

Bestbuy total is a joke never buy from bestbuy again tell you one thing when you purchase something but different when you need to extend warranty

Multiply calls and Microsoft 365 still does NOT work after 23 months. Phone answers are located outside of the USA.

It gives you no benefits if not near a store, Total waste of my money. My benefits are never been effective. I am on the plan again only because force to renew to keep coverage on my computer for second year.

Its terrible. They broke my existing tv. And still haven't returned my call about what they are going to do about it.

Best Buy is getting worse and worse by the day. I used to shop there in a daily basis but they are lucky I’m there once a month. The rewards system stinks and so does their credit card.

Best buy removed free installation and removal of existing appliances and put it in the fine print without spelling out it was no longer available. Real sketchy and sneaky.

This is not total tech. It is worthless. You are not telling customers the truth. You deceived us by calling it total and a renewal. I am done with Best Buy. You should be too. They will burn you.

Displeased with the change to total bestbuy program. It was great when they offered free installation, now its worthless for me as i buy lots of tvs.

If you want to pay when they get here too . You’ll like it. Best Buy is looking out for there bottom line . I should have read everything. I would have never reupped

They make it where you have to search for your balance and how to pay so they can jack up your interest rates when you miss a payment

I went to use the total care i have been paying for. When i attempted to use it i was told i couldnt. My tv broke and there was nothing that could be done. So now i will.never get again.

False claims everywhere. Not once have I received products on time. 2 day free shipping turns to 1 week of lost packages/delayed packages. Everytime. Waste of money not gonna lie
