See title. This is a rip off i want my money back from these thieves

Had me in-line to purchase a hot item for 3 hours and it didn't go through

I did not like the fact that this was an automatic charge to my account.

Total Tech great program. Plain old Tech is not worth the money.

Very expensive to have, if you do not shop at best buy a lot.

Not worth it. Nothing is essentially covered on your device.

Now total becomes waste of money. It doesn’t worth it.

Paying for the total membership has already made dividends. I had purchased a open box gaming laptop that it turned out had a motherboard issue and needed to be sent out for repairs. Having the total membership allowed me to get not only a total refund but the ability to get a great discount on another gaming laptop that I am surprisingly happy with. Also, I purchased a controller to game with that came with a discount that only total members would have received. The fact that I can use this laptop for 2 months to see if I truly like it and if I don't I can return for a full refund is a added bonus. The purchase of the total membership was definitely a buy I will continue to renew.

Initially, I was hesitant to get the My Best Buy Total membership because I wasn’t sure if it was worth the cost. However, after purchasing it and realizing that all my purchases at Best Buy are protected, I felt a sense of security and confidence. They go above and beyond to help customers replace broken items, which has been a lifesaver in the past. I’ve had instances where I was grateful for the membership because I was able to replace expensive electronics with alternatives or the exact product without any additional cost.

The plan covers all my purchases and my cell phones. The cost of the plan has increased, but the plan is less expensive than just Verizon insurance and covers my appliances as well. I do wish it still included installations of auto and tv mounting like it used to. Overall a good plan.

Being a Total Member has be a real help to us especially since we are outfitting a new house with our package of BBY appliances. They were purchased in advance and stored by BBY till we needed them. Great appliances and great install, and the relief knowing we have the Total Membership to back us up!!!

Service is Awesome! When I have issues, if the team can't fix my issues, they will replace the items if bought in store and or direct me in the right path to address and fix my products.

With the cost of repairs and replacements, the Best Buy Total membership has been a lifesaver more than once! Good Squad support has been super convenient!

I've been using the My Best Buy Total™ membership for a while now, and it's been an excellent investment. What I value most is the included 24/7 tech support, discount on repairs, and protection for my devices. It also offers free expedited shipping and exclusive member-only offers, which has helped me save on several major tech purchases. Although it has an annual fee, you can easily recoup it if you purchase products like laptops, appliances, or phones. The peace of mind of having extended protection and reliable technical service is a huge plus. Recommended if you shop at Best Buy regularly or want to take care of your devices.

Lots of good features, including member-pricing on items and excellent support from Geek Squad and others. If you buy hundred$ of Best Buy stuff per year, or if a large appliance etc, it's well worth the price.

This membership has more than paid for itself several times over. Includes free delivery, install, geek squad, AND extended warranty on new products. I don’t like memberships but this is one that has value. I recommend to friends, ones that I like.

I knew that this protection would be valuable if I ever get to use it. However thus far, I have not. Nevertheless, it provides the assurance that should something happens to any of the products that it covers, I won't have to worry about fixing it.

Best Buy Total is the only charge I get that I enjoy paying. It's the highest value support system I know of. I have saved literally thousands of dollars with the program. I can highly recommend this program if you buy any tech more than two-three times per year. The program pays for itself. No brainer. No fuss, zero hassle returns, exchanges, and customer service. And most of all, peace of mind. I am happy to pay for this membership and buy at Best Buy!
