This is a great membership to have! The support provided by the Geek Squad alone is worth the purchase. Brett from the G.S. handled transitioning my phones and answered all my questions.

Honestly, if you can afford it, it's worth it once you do like, one sale on a large item and one Geek Squad service. My computer had a severe issue that rendered it almost useless but they fixed it and the cost of membership was way less than the services they had to do for it, and the rest of the year was full of decent sales.

I was amazed at the service I received after joining their club. I saved hundreds on repair work and virus removal. I’m very satisfied as my old PC guy was not as good or professional.
