The membership is a protection against unforeseen problems. I’m disappointed that I had to pay for shipping since that was initially part of the membership.

I purchased the total tech package because I needed peace of mind when my electronics or appliances stop working. However, Best Buy has changed almost everything about the program that it’s not worth buying anymore. I now have to pay for everything including mounting my tv or microwave which the total tech once included. This is no more. I have to pay for the technician to visit my house to repair a tv, then what’s the use of having total tech which cost over $100 per year. I cancelled as this was a rip off to consumer.

Having a warranty on everything you buy from Best Buy is fantastic. If something goes wrong, they will do everything they can to make it right
