Very good for the price I just wish you didn’t have to pay co payments every time you have a tech come out

The unlimited Geed Squad support are great, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive to all our questions. I feel comfortable and have peace of mind getting the protestation plan.

This membership is hooked to outsourced intervention, (re: South America ) in my case, and is extremely hard, and nearly impossible, to be placed in touch with the service agent that was originally hands on with my phone assessment, at Best Buy in Leominster Massachusetts. I paid for the membership thinking it would be a great access to, hands on, technical assistance. You can't just simply call the Leominster store. And the two persons, I spoke with on the phone recently to attempt making contact, actually lied to me about access. I had called to inquire about fake emails I am receiving from outside sources with exactly the amount I paid for my membership demanding 2 year payment for the exact amount I Paid. SO IT IS OBVIOUS BEST BUY IS SHARING OUR INFORMATION with secondary outsourcing. I am disappointed and am reporting this to the Federal Government for fraud.

The membership helped when I needed to have my laptop cleaned up. I'll use it again when I need help or have to purchase something.

This membership is really good and you get its value by its perks and rewards. Could be appreciated if it was $50 lower but overall love its reawards

While I didn't initially sign up for Total, it's a reality that technology break and needs repair. This can be an expensive consequence, and it is fortunate to have a membership that covers these costs. I ended up spending hundreds less than I would have otherwise just by signing up! The service was great, the Geek Squad was helpful, and my laptop is working better than ever! While I haven't yet had a chance to sample all the membership perks yet, I still recommend this service to anyone who has electronics they need to keep in working order.

I was made aware of the financial advantage of the membership, especially that I had 2 laptops for checking for intruders and any other problems. It's really a good deal and the staff was very helpful to explain the advantages

Overall, though expensive, it's a pretty good system, The only gripe I have is that I wish it could have included the full price of level 2 data recovery. $360.00 on a fixed social security income is a huge expense for us. I was told when I first started this that it would cover ALL LABOR. Apparently that is not the case. I would still recommend it with the caveat that it only covers certain labor on certain things.

This service from Best Buy is very helpful. We always had some or the other issues with tech that would be too much for us to deal with. This this membership and any amount of tech devices are covered.

I love having the Best Buy Total membership because it provides a blanket extended warranty on all of my purchases, giving me peace of mind in the event something goes wrong with my items. I also love the fact that i can namk my points longer, so i can save them for bigger purchases.

I would not have known how to transfer everything over from my old computer to my new one. Geek squad did it all quickly and showed me some tricks.

I am glad to be able to have the Geek Squad membership as back up. It takes a couple of hours at times, but the results are effective and adequate.

I didn't know about this membership until my goggle pad got a virus and the geek squad told me how to save money on repairs. Its worth it just in case if anything else happens.

This is especially great value and utility given my situation. I do not have an IT department, so Geek Squad is great, and I have wonderful past experiences with them at multiple Best Buy’s.

My membership is valuable in a few ways - (1) it protects my family's new electronics purchases at BestBuy and (2) it offers timely discounts and member prices that push me to buy what I need, when I need it.
