First time I've ever joined the program. Seems a little too high but give apple expensive to repair laptop screens make it worth the cost.

We have continued to keep our membership for years. So many advantages with this membership. Absolutely worth it.

This product is so easy to use and helpful. I rely on my laptop to work and function at all times. My laptop got invaded by pesky pop up blockers. The tech support team was able access my computerandremotely fix the problem.

It’s really good to have esp u save on warranties so your product is protected for 2 years plus when anything goes on sale you can get that price also

Havent had the opportunity to use it yet. Slightly bothered because one staff member told the plan covers all my product repairs for as long as I have the membership, then the next staff member tols me that its only a 20% discount on repairs. I hope it covers ot all because if not I'm cancelling my membership

I purchased our membership in early October and have used it, gratefully and successfully, many times already. We are in our late 70s, purchased a new computer etc and while somewhat computer saavy, Geek Squad's assistance, patience and expertise getting us set up and running took the stress right out of it! Its a relief and comfort to know they are but a phone call or store visit away.

I was so satisfied with the membership that I purchased. They have great deals great prices affordable prices. They also helped you with all the support that you need with tech repairs troubleshooting everything that you need. I really recommend purchasing this membership. It helped me a lot and saved me a lot of money.

This is a great value. I had them do in my home computer repair and cleanup. Now I’m covered for a year for only a few dollars more than they service was going to cost from geek squad. They really cleanup and sped up my pc. Very polite and professional and explained every step to me so I could understand. Highly recommend!❤️

The membership is a great value. In addition to all computer and electronic purchases, I now started purchasing appliances and have purchased my iPhones for the warranty protection that covers all these items. Again, a great value.

I have made use of Best Buy Total Tech and the Geek Squad for several years. I enjoy the unlimited Geek Squad assistance. Had it not been for the Geek Squad I would still be trying to set-up my new lap top so it would be usable. Every issue I had I called on the Geek Squad for help. I was not able to load or find HP Smart that needs to be linked to my printer. The tech knew what I was talking about, found the HP Smart info in the system, ran the process to attach it to my lap top and added this interface to my desktop. Another tech was able to attach Gmail under Google to my laptop which I was not able to find. Each technician was thoughtful, courteous, patient and ensured they had addressed my issues prior to disconnecting from my lap top and closing their case. I also need to learn the different features under Windows 11.

I purchased the total membership and I have already saved twice as much as the membership cost. I am a happy customer and will continue doing business at Best Buy.
