Best Buy Really holds to the name when it comes to having the Total Membership. It's becomes hassle free. I promise if anything goes wrong with any item that is on your total Membership they will correct the situation. Hassle free. The Best Buy is peace to It's name.

The overall experience would have been five stars if the sales rep had not misspelled my name on the account. It shows as Rod and my name is Rob. In any case Molly from the Geek Squad was excellent and deserves a five for her efforts and explanation of the new desktop. If you could change my name to Rob Svendsen that would be great!

We have had the Geek Squad for many years and the price continues to go up and yet this is a very good bargain. It seems expensive until your computer is not working or working slowly. They have always been friendly and helpful and we will continue with the service. Thanks Geeks.

this membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited geek squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases.

Ideal if you buy a lot of tech products. The 24 month coverage and extended return policy make it more than worth it!

The membership was more economical than separately paying for individual sessions.I wouldn't normally need multiple sessions like this, but it was an unusual situation.

Love the membership, but have had issues with staff knowing the rules that come with it. Communication is key, but I respect the value it brings.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of arriving on time and being efficient and effective! Also, the sales person who took my order in the store was very customer-oriented. Yesterday I made another purchase - a new ipad. The sales person who helped me was very good and the Geek Squad again was great.

This is my absolute first time purchasing with best buy online. I have wanted to buy the new Samsung S24 Ultra 512GB Since it came out in January this year but with my new job I had absolutely no time especially having my carrier as Metro PCS which requires not only to find one unlocked but then finding time to go to Metro and switch my phones over. There was 1 of the exact phone and case that I wanted left in the Pembroke Pines store I made it just in time. I could not afford the entire amount upfront and I instantly got approved for not only the Best Buy credit card but also the 24 month financing. I was the happiest person in the world until I checked my Email receiving registration for my new credit card only to find out my fault doing a typo error on my social security number only made it impossible to fix until I spoke to this amazing lady that notated every detail on my account with everything that happened so i wouldn't even have to repeat anything to finalize the fix once I receive my actual credit card in the mail. So not only 5 stars to the best buy store, the best buy online/phone technical support, the online pick up order customer service, the floor associates as I was also buying something else very helpful to last but not least the cashiers 5 stars to everyone of you and I am by far Probably one of your happiest customers and in love with my new phone

I have my computer serviced by Best Buy, to me it's very reliable and have been using them for a few years, I will never go to any other facility to have work done on my computer, never know what information they will be trying to retrieve, so I trust BB, because IF anything should arise or happen THEN I know by whom, So I do trust BB and will continue to use them and for any other electronic purchase. My daughter also just purchased a GE washer and Dryer, and she can't wait to get it home delivered. THANK YOU BB!

This has been a life saver! I have needed repairs and it’s always great when they tell me it won’t cost nothing because I’m a member.

We get this every year through total tech. It always pays for itself. People at BB are the nicest so I will always want to go there (Monroe , LA). This adds the extra 2 year plans automatically. What’s not to love?

So far I've been treated well and my computer does what it needs to do and much more. I am looing for a class to help me learn to make the best use of its capabilities. Best Buy's staff says they don't presently offer these.
