This membership is a great value. It paid for itself with the set up of the computer and the software. I have not had to call about anything because it was so well explained when I picked up and set up the computer and software. Very happy with the results.

Its wortht he peace of mind that all my products are protected for an extended period of time. I also appreciate that I can get early access to some products in store as well as it seems that many items are slightly discounted.

Normally I would not sign up for such services, mostly based on added cost. But Best Buy membership is different and love the membership. Recommended for anyone that makes any purchase's. Best Buy also has great pricing compared to most competitors.

The overall experience would have been five stars if the sales rep had not misspelled my name on the account. It shows as Rod and my name is Rob. In any case Molly from the Geek Squad was excellent and deserves a five for her efforts and explanation of the new desktop. If you could change my name to Rob Svendsen that would be great!

What an awesome plan. Whenever I've had issues with my laptop or desktop, I've contacted the Geek Squad and they quickly provided a resolution to my problem. I've yet had to pay a dime for any fixes and they're always very friendly and professional.

My membership is so worth every penny I don’t have to worry about any problems on my computer. Geek squad tunes it up updates my Java. Adobe, & all my stuff & when I think I am being scam they check out the messages & threats to freeze my computer & fix it everything is included in the memberships.

Just having the peace of mind of knowing that if something happens or goes wrong with my Laptop, the Geek Squad is there to help!

The membership was more economical than separately paying for individual sessions.I wouldn't normally need multiple sessions like this, but it was an unusual situation.

I’m a member in Best Buy and also a member Greek squad I have my gaming lots of fix and the process was pretty quick before the due date so that’s pretty awesome I’ve been going to Best Buy for a while. Don’t remember, but it’s the best place to buy anything that you like. Good discounts. Also good employees they do a great job what they do five stars for me.

Love the membership, but have had issues with staff knowing the rules that come with it. Communication is key, but I respect the value it brings.

I love my Best Buy membership as it has saved me a lot of money. It extended a warranty on a tv and the tv went out on the last day of warranty but because I had the membership they replaced my 2 year old tv for nothing. Can’t beat that!
