So far I haven't had to use the protection but worth it. One of my previous sets went out a month after our warrantee and was almost cheaper to buy a new one than them fix the other set.

The Geek Squad is very thorough and helpful. People at front door are polite and friendly. Cashiers need work to engage with person in front of them not coworkers that’s for later. Very clean and nice store. God bless you all!

We love Best Buy app. Easy to use and shopping is great you can get any sales item and just drive there for pick up or curbside. It doesn’t get any easier. We have the protection plan too and it’s awesome covers a lot of fixes on products. Best Buy our favorite store!

The value you receive with this plan is unparalleled in the retail market these days. I have used it and it was a breeze. I do not know why anyone would buy something expensive at Best Buy and not get this add on.

The best part of Best Buy! All my items are covered and I have access to Geeksquad to fix my computer if something happens. I love that you can also get free trainings with Geeksquad all for $200 bucks can’t beat it

I was positively impressed with his knowledge and description of my options. Ray also waited on me more recently on another technical matter (also at the Salem, NH store) and once again he took the time to listen and suggest possible actions. Outstanding effort on his part. I like the My Best Buy Total but wish there was a lower price for Senior Citizen on a set income. In Addition I purchase a Security Outside home Camera at a great discount price but the cost to install the light is over 100.00 dollars.
