Thank goodness I have not had to use it yet, but receiving the discounts beforehand and getting the extra options with the plan helps immensely. I just renewed it and will keep on renewing it as long as I buy as much stuff as I do from Best Buy.

Definitely worth the pay cent by cent any claim or issue they fix it or exchange right away this is the best you can add to your electronics and what ever you buy from bestbuy , this is my 3rd year thag i purchased and believe me i will keep buying this every year

The membership holds some value but it was explained that we would need this to cover the cost of the repair for the unit purchased less than a year ago. The additional costs were not covered and that was frustrating. Not sure we will use this the rest of the year.

The membership is extremely useful. I get a lot of products from Best Buy so getting the membership was a no brainer. Everything you guy has insurance in case something goes wrong. Geek squad is very handy and you don’t have to pay any extra fees.

Still waiting on router installation but staff is very professional. Greatest concern is store phones go to call center not to store. Very poor customer service due to no English speaking employees not understanding what you are asking.

I have always appreciated the benefits of my membership. Over the years with the expert service for my televisions, computers and all other electronics and appliances in Miami, San Jose, and now Waynesville NC. My most recent purchase of a washer and dryer delivery had the service people wearing shoe coverings and checking that everything worked and stayed to explain all the features and how to use them with my new appliances.

I had brought my computer in to have it cleaned and all old History taken out because of someone hacking into my computer. They did a great job and did a thorough job it really took about 5-6 days but I was pleased at the outcome so Thank you very much!
