I took out the membership mainly for the unlimited 24/7 Geek Squad support. They have been so very helpful in several cases of virus' and have helped keep my computer running at its best. The protection plan with purchases is a major plus.

When my laptop became sluggish the Geek Squad was able to clean it up and restore it to its normal speed and productivity. The Geek Squad is impossible to reach by phone, and the appointment system is strained - too many customers and not enough Geeks. I waited 3 days to get my laptop back which seemed lengthy, but I am happy with the outcome.

Great value. I bought laptops for my kids and my daughter accidentally broke my son’s screen. I brought it in to Best Buy and in no time I was taken care of. Being covered offers a peace of mind that’s second to none.

I am glad that I renewed my membership, any issues that arise with my laptop the Geek Squad can help me with. Thank you very much.

Despite an overwhelming number of customers, they give you full attention when your turn finally comes. Services are expensive but land on "worth it" side by the end of a year.

This membership is such a great value. I bought my pc for $2029 and the same pc went on sale for $1849 and i got my money back

I have only used the membership once so far, but i was satisfied with yhe service i received. They were faster than i expected and were very professional.

I am a 88 yr old grandma that relied on my grandson to help me out when I bought electronics and he helped set up whatever I bought. He moved far away. The computer he set up for me 9 years ago died. The young employees at Best Buy took the place of my grandson—very patient and kind. I was so nervous about picking out a computer and getting all the information transferred to my new computer, My anxiety melted away when I met the Geeksquad.

I was not sure about the Best Buy Total membership at first, but I am so glad I made the choice to sign up. The membership has already paid for itself as each item I purchase automatically comes with a warranty. Had I purchased these warranties separately for all the items I bought, I would have paid much much more. Highly recommend getting this membership!!! There are so many perks to having this

I can't say enough about My Best Buy Total membership. I've had it in various name-forms for 13 years now. It has saved me a lot of headaches in fixing my devices. I have geek squad come on remotely every two months for a pc-tune up which keeps me running in top form. And it's super helpful for aiding my 'senior' dad who has troubles with anything techy. Geek squad is there to the rescue. Also nice that they cover all my devices in my household. With 4 adult folks living here, all with multiple devices, it's been a lifesaver. The first thing I tell folks when they ask me for tech help is to invest in the Best Buy plan. It's the best investment you can make for your sanity.

The peace of mind I have knowing the Best Buy staff is here to help gives me peace of mind. Best Buy is the only place I buy my electronics because they have been so helpful each time.

The membership is a great value and always has been for us

I have been delighted with the customer service - ie the professionalism of the attendees in the Geek Squad in the State College, PA store. This autumn, the helpers - male and female were comfortable with themselves and the public, knowledgeable and were open to questions and repeated explaining. I purchased a total tech package in response to my good experience.

Employees were very helpful, explained the benefits of the membership. We feel we got good value, and have already used it for a printer purchase.

This the best membership I have because I do buy things that need protection and is well worth it.

Excellent value and would absolutely recommend if you’re a frequent tech shopper, may need a lot of GeekSquad assistance, or shop for a lot of Apple products, as the membership offers up to 2 years of AppleCare. Whenever my family upgrades their phones I’m going to put them on my plan.
