Im not a gamer player, I went to the store and a sales team help me doing the order. I heard it is a goid pc desktop. I like Best Buy because there's always there to assist me with the things that I had in mind. This is a Christmas present very soon I will find out.

If you're living in a smart home or you have plenty of old tech, I'd recommend Total. The have discounts on repairs, and 2 yrs protection for anything you buy with them. Worth the investment to protect your tech.

The membership has definitely already provided me with great value already, as I have brought into the geek squad every computer I have own for servicing. Unlimited asst. with equipment, and perks of special sales events on the most desirable products. I also purchased a refrigerator here too and it provides a two yr. warranty on that as well. Provides 20% off all repairs. I love this membership as it has several privileges.

If you're going to buy a laptop, prebuilt PC, or are planning to build a PC of your own through BB, the membership isn't just a convenience, it's a requirement. While it IS pricey, the value you get out of it is ridiculous, considering it lasts the year through. You avoid an insane number of repair/diagnostic fees that you'd run into with other places, you get updates when parts you're looking at drop if they go out of stock, and it's genuinely just a lifesaver being able to add on a protection plan for every single thing you buy at no extra cost. With the parts I've gotten so far, the protection plans for all of them would've amounted to about $700 altogether, but they're covered in totality by the membership fee.

The price is a bit high, but overall it feels like a good deal for peace of mind. I understand that some products may be available at better prices outside of Best Buy; however, I prefer to buy all my electronics from Best Buy. With the addition of the Best Buy Total Membership, I have found great relief in knowing where to find all my warranties and protection plans. The return process is also easy and hassle-free. I'm very satisfied with my membership.

This membership is perfect for manly reasons. It gives me peace of mind when my kids are out in college, their laptops are protected. Also that our purchases are in good hands.

Very cost efficient plan that really helped me save money on fixing my PC. That is all I have used it for but it has also saved me well over 300 dollars just for paying the annual fee.

I just feel this is like insurance. I won't always need to use this BUT when I do need help with my computer, I can get it fixed without worry. The techs at Geek Squad are good and probably have seen it all.

Unlimited Geek Squad service is included in this very useful annual Best Buy Total membership, which covered all repairs my computer needed. Now if other equipment needs service anytime this next year, the Squad will handle it without further cost!

I feel this should be lower the price. too expensive but in order for best buy to take care of me.... now I have to pay extra for customer service. I have proven myself to be a serious buyer. I demand attention. $4K bill.

I bought this when i bought my laptop, just as added insurance if something were to go wrong. I haven't needed to use it for my laptop, but it isn’t just for the product you're buying at the time of purchase, it can be used for all of your electronics. My daughter is autistic and has several tablets, not purchased at Best Buy. She managed to turn off parental controls and reset the password on her new tablet, then couldn't remember the password. We took it down to Best Buy, and they fixed it in minutes for zero additional costs. I will renew this every year just for that reason. Everything else is just a bonus. If you are a special needs parent, do yourself a favor, and buy this!

The membership is a particularly good deal when you anticipate needing several Geek Squad services and they are covered by the membership fee for a year. The 20% off pricing is an added perk, particularly if you anticipate a sizeable amount of purchasing in a year.

Membership includes just general help and support which is great. No more need to question what I'm experiencing opposed to what should be happening.
