My initial purchase was ordered on line with in store pick up of hard to find ink for my old printer. I then had a discussion with a sales person who will be helping me purchase a new lap top & printer, so I already bought a membership with Geek Squad support to set up everything when I make the next purchases very soon.

The Total Tech membership has saved me on multiple occasions, both in person and remotely. I am not sure how I would survive without it. And it covers more than just my computer.

I have been renewing my Best Buy Total membership each year and plan on continuing to do so because they're always there for me when I need them for any of the products that I need to bring in for help one way or another. And they have excellent members in the Geek Squad, that can solve my problems so quickly and explain everything to me. They are certainly a blessing to those like myself that are not very familiar with all the electronics as they are. I've been going to Best Buy for many years. And plan on continuing with any kind of item that you sell. But I have to admit, this is the best Total Membership of any kind i've ever had. Thank you Best Buy for this wonderful membership. And for having terrific equipment for so many different needs.

I had had a membership for about 8 years. A couple of years ago I cancelled it because there computer system messed up and canceled all my warranties. I decided to give the membership another try because I missed shopping at Best Buy

My Dell laptop was taken in for servicing due to a bluescreen loop. It turns out the drive was known to have issues, and production stopped long ago (although there was never a recall or information provided to indicate it would fail sooner than later). Because of this, I was told none of my information could be retrieved or saved. Bummer. Overall, the techs were nice, communicative, and efficient, all things considered.

This is a great membership—I used the benefits all the time. I’m only taking off one star because it no longer includes free delivery on appliances, which is a real bummer.

My sales rep was amazing… I think he’s name was David? Very knowledgeable and helped sign me up for my total care plan , that got me an awesome upgrade to my already awesome tv, which Ari helped me with. I transitioned from a 55” to a 65” easier than I ever thought possible.

Wasnt the bad of a offer had a huge bill and they added the membership for free for a year.

My membership was a amazing investment because I use it often and it would’ve cost me a lot more money if I just bought the service each time instead of just buying the membership which makes every service free for the rest of the year for less than 200 dollars.

Great for people who have a lot of tech and the people at geek squad are very useful and also other member benifits
