The membership is worth every penny since I've purchased the items to rebuild my computer I've had at least $700 worth done thus far I recommend it highly if you intend to rebuild a computer

The My Best Buy Total Membership is a great situation. Having access to the Geek Squad and the extended warranties make the membership more than worth the annual fee.

i havent really had the time to read all that is included with the plan. but so far i have no complaints or issues. just takes time for geek squad to do the work remotely but its good so far

Having the membership is a really big plus it save you lots of money on items that will cost you a portion and Geek Squad always make sure that you are satisfied with the work.

The inclusion Apple care is one of my favorite parts of this subscription along side the discounts I receive through out the year. I feel much more confident in the safety of my Apple devices without having to pay for a separate care plan for each device.

I bought a new Windows 11 model and had Best Buy transfer the data from my old Windows 10 computer. The agent that assissted me was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She promised it would be ready in 2 days, but it was actually ready in 1 day. The Geek that did the transfer got everything right and gave me an expert demonstration.

Knowing that my purchases have a warranty, and if they can’t be service it will be swapped. It’s well worth it. Takes your worries of random expense especially with technology.

Truly like this membership. I’m a person who likes to have warranties on almost everything since accidents do happen and…. Unfortunately products just stop working even when they are brand new. This membership gives you a piece of mind on all your purchased products.

I had several issues with my laptop the first year that bought a total tech subscription. I had to go in the a physical store location several times to have Geek Squad solve the problems they were so helpful each time and so I renewed my subscription the following year for peace of mind, even though I haven't had an issues. One time I had an on-going issue with connecting to any Wi-Fi source and someone from the total tech team was able to restore the issue remotely. I didn't even have to go into the store. They were very professional and resolved all my tech issues.

Well worth the investment if you shop at best buy. Ive been a member for years off and on. The only downfall is the membership used to offer tv mounting free with purchase from best buy but apparently consumers wrongly took advantage of this benefit. I hope best buy reinstates this benefit if you have proof of purchase

This membership is a real value. Good for discounts, points, extended warranties for no additional cost, etc. This went toward the service cost of repairing my laptop computer and replacing the battery. Great deal!!!
