I joined because I had a problem. I was hacked and my computer froze. Geek Squad fif a quick review and assured they could fix. They called me the next day and everything was fixed. I am happy that I sought their help

I really learned how important having a membership is at Bestbuy. I had to have my computer serviced 3 times. So I save about 300 dollars. This paid for my membership very fast. So yes I would recommend the membership

This membership is already paying off. I appreciate unlimited access to the Geek Squad and the fact that I can bring a variety of devices to be serviced without paying for anything but parts.

So I just recently bought this membership and let me tell you first of all I am not no bot secondly when I tell you this membership is worth it I am being very real with you the reason is because this membership has covered my whole pc every time something is wrong with it I always take it to them and sense I have the membership they fix it for me for free and I am glad I spent 180 on this membership it was worth every penny.

This membership has real value especially when you are a frequent Best Buy customer

Membership is great especially if you purchase computers, security systems, appliances, televisions and stereo systems as this protection takes care of them all should a problem arise!!!

The value of having this service and protection are very much worth it. Having a place to take my problems is a great relief.

This Gaming Pc Is Excellent the cord placement is a bit of a mess but its not any problem but the hdmi ports are messed except for one so replacing that would be for the best if wanting to have multiple monitors

This membership is the smartest thing I’ve done all year. I can’t even count how many times I’ve used it over the last three months you pay absolutely no fees, except to buy a part if needed. I’ve had everyone of my devices refreshed maintenance. Viruses removed reset data checks you name it everything you can think of

I have had My Best Buy Total since its inception many years ago. It is the best insurance value I have ever had. On-line Geek assistance is great, I use at least two or three times per year; have received excellent Geek assistance in person at the store and have been pleased it assures coverage for more than my own unit within my household. I have recommended it to friends and they have had the same satisfaction. Knowing you have the Geeks assistance has made me much more productive and knowledgeable.
