This is a great value. We bought 2 new laptops to replace our old one. Had the software added to both laptops. Bought a new thumb drive. So we can update a laptop when we get to our second location. No more need to keep bringing laptop from location to location.

The 24/7 support is super nice and being able to fix your devices. I love that there is extended returns on it. You also get members discounts which is nice.

I am so happy I bought this contract. I had real problems and the tech staff addressed every one of them without me having to pay any extra money.
