I have always bought all my electronics at BEST BUY.. its a security to find knowledgeable people and get great prices and KNOW all your products are protected!! We have so many things from BB ... I hope they don't succumb to the demise of brick and mortar stores like everyone else.

It's a good deal getting a 2 year warranty on every thing I buy for only 150 when most the time that's how much it cost per item

Bought a Samsung smart tv. Lots of Samsung network tv shows. Will download apps soon. Delivery was great. Price was also great. But the best part was the sales staff. Very honest and helpful

I recently had an issue with my laptop which the geek squad were able to address and the cost would've been the same as the mentorship which gives alittle piece of mind for potential issues during the year. And you don't have to worry about costs in the future. I just don't like that they do automatic recurring charges each year.

I have had a membership with Best Buy for quite a few years now and I don’t know what I’d ever do without it! I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had to call the Geek squad so that they could help me with problems I was having and they’re always so helpful! They’ve helped me hook up a couple of my printers over the years which I would never be able to do on my own, helped me when my computer was hacked, helped me with my iPads and iPhones when I couldn’t get them to sync, ran diagnostics on my computer whenever I had problems, cleared cache and cookies because I didn’t know how to do it but they walked me through it so I could do it myself if I wanted to and just so many more things that just make it so worthwhile in having a membership with them! I remember when they first asked me years ago if I wanted to sign up for the Best Buy yearly total Tech Benefits and I was like, No thank you, it’s too expensive, and then when I had problems and didn’t know what I was doing, I decided to try the membership and it’s the best thing ever did! I would definitely recommend the total tech membership with Best Buy!

I wouldn’t feel comfortable spending this kind of money and not have any sort of protection against accidents and issues! It’s a great value for everything you get with the protection plan!
